Is the FUJIFILM House of Photography wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible and we have an accessible lift to all floors.
What payment methods are accepted in the FUJIFILM shop?
We do not accept cash so please pay by card only.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are welcome at the House of Photography, including service and non-service dogs.
Is there WiFi at the House of Photography?
You’re welcome to use our free WiFi connection.
Can I purchase cameras and equipment at the FUJIFILM House of Photography?
Absolutely! We have a broad range of products to explore, including our INSTAX instant cameras, GFX and X Series cameras, and lenses. You can also use our kiosks to print photographs, photo books, personalised gifts, and more.
How do I book the House of Photography Studio?
Our professional photography studio is available for full-day hire from 11am to 6pm, however, we can also arrange extended hours. Give us a call at 020 3486 4610 to book your studio session. Alternatively, discover more about our studio and check availability on our Studio Hire page.
Do I have to pay to visit an exhibition?
Our Gallery space is free to visit — find out more about our upcoming exhibitions and shows.
Can I fix my camera here?
Unfortunately, we do not carry out repairs in the FUJIFILM House of Photography shop but we can send items to our service centre in Bedford.
Do you provide passport photos?
Yes, we can take and print passport photos for you.
Can I get professional headshots taken at the FUJIFILM House of Photography?
Absolutely. We offer one-hour headshot photography sessions with one of our in-house professionals. Learn more about our Headshot service and book your session.
